Ordered a large Italian grinder and they only used 4 slices of capocolla because he ran out and he didn't want to go in the back to cut more. Used 3 slices of provolone and lettuce that was brown and rotten. Requested to speak to a manager but they said he wasn't available. They said I could leave my phone number but it's been a week and they haven't returned my call yet. Would not recommend this Subway. Drive to North Stonington instead.

I just visited this Subway and found it to be a delightful experience! I had a coupon, an app reward, and a gift card, all three of which caused complications at the register. I was literally a Subway employee's nightmare customer. I apologized multiple times for the headache, but the staff (including the owner) were so nice and understanding. Not only did they not get annoyed with me, but they were super pleasant and friendly. I usually order from a different Subway that is closer to me, but I'll be making this my new go-to location instead. They are worth the extra few minutes car drive. P.S. My sandwich was delicious!
