The portions are huge and even had enough for next days lunch. Food quality was excellent, probably the best Chinese food I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be coming back.
Great food for a Sunday lunch. Service is always quick and attentive. If you like Hot and Sour Soup, give theirs a try. It's a bit different but good. The crab wontons are more crab than cheese so depends on your taste. I prefer more of the cheese but the crab is fresh!
TS Ma is a standout Chinese restaurant that offers authentic Chinese cuisine. The homemade Beijing Duck is unparalleled, with thin packaging and delicious homemade sauce. The cold cuts, such as the Tofu Skin packed with veggies and the Chef Special Braised Beef Shane, are unique and tasty. The Shanghai Ribs, Chinese Broccoli, and Fish Filets with Ginger Sauce are outstanding. To top it off, the special red bean pancakes made by the chef for dessert were a truly special experience.
Phenomenal food... Extremely fresh and authentic. Very clean... The service and fast and the staff is so pleasant. If you want the right deal, made with the freshest ingredients, this is the place to go!
This is by far my favorite restaurant in the suburbs of New York and the second or third when we look at NYC. I ordered many times during Covid and it was very good, but personally it was great. The staff was really nice with me and my children, I was surprised (can also be used in China Town) but really felt welcome in their restaurant. Your food is really delicious and they care about quality. The hot and acid soup tastes really natural and taste is not strong, but subtle and real, not like these powder msg soups everywhere else, the reserve ribs were really good, the dumplings I had them better, they were not super tasty, but still good, the General Tso Chicken was incredible: Crispy, only white spotless chicken with a perfect taste and actually a good part. (Remember to ask for extra sauce, or it could be on the dryer side and you could miss more delicious stuff) The wide noodles were also something really good, sticky, not oily, but chewing and delicious pig costumes. I and my family had a really good experience. And of course, as with any food, it is so much better kept in the restaurant than in a funnel for 20 or 30 minutes. (always good when at home, but it is worth going in person)
