Luciano's Cotton Club - Worcester

This is NOT fine dining. Our waitress forgot a lot of things that we ordered. We asked for gluten free options and never received any answers. Our other orders were missing things. In addition, the food was mediocre at best. Trying to go to the bathroom at this place is also sketchy. The women’s room is so far down from the restaurant which makes no sense when you’re walking past some shady characters. Public bathroom is filled with individuals doing drugs. Not a place I’m willing to spend money at.

Phenomenal establishment, Stephanie is the best bartender/server you could ever ask for. She is a sweetheart. Food is unbelievable, and the setting of the restaurant is good for just about any event you'd like to have. A must try if you haven't already.

The restaurant had 2 holiday parties (20 guests 30 guests) and a few other patrons. The kitchen seemed to be overwhelmed. Food was okay. Steak ordered rare was served medium well. Calamari was over cooked and the rest of the seafood pasta dish was good but tepid. My companion and I agreed that the cakes we had for dessert were thoroughly thawed . Server was new and busy. Maitre d ' asked at the end of the meal how it was and was rather defensive when we told him. An okay experience.

I am writing this review for my mother who hosted my baby shower here on Sunday. From someone who worked in food service for many years she is extremely critical and can’t say enough good things about her experience here. She writes, “Everything was absolutely superb from the food, decor, and staff, to the attention to detail and communication. The atmosphere was clean, bright and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service we received. Stephanie, David, and Gus were fantastic. Gus was there to make sure I had everything I needed. Stephanie and David had excellent communication, were so pleasant to deal with and just fantastic. The food was some of the most amazing food for a fantastic value. All my guests raved about the food! There was so much food and something for everyone. It was all hot, fresh and delicious. The china, linens were beautiful. They were great finishing touches to our decor. I highly recommend and suggest anyone to look into their brunch package for a bridal or baby shower. We couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out”.

Dinner last night was to die for. They had a little buffet set up for our family. Everything was perfectly cook. Never had cold tortellini salad before, never thought I'd get excited over a salad. Can't wait to see when they open up the John Dillinger BBQ grill
