Wish I knew her name but the employee definitely hated her job or was just in a bad mood, no greeting, just what can I get you only other words she said were hot chocolate as my drink was ready. I said hello, how are you and thank you, got no replies

They don't read the slips properly and always have missing items.

They subbed croissants for bagels, and I'm vegan so I don't even eat croissants and my son wanted a bagel with cream cheese not a croissant with cream cheese (gross! . They also didn't include my hash browns.

Normal Dunkin’ service. The guy in his 20s is really helpful and gets things right, but there is an older woman that works there who consistently messes up orders and puts things like a mess into bags then stares daggers at you when you check your order before leaving due to how frequently she messes up orders.

Staff is rude and often times refuses to make certain items unless you order them on the app. They also refuse to stock decaf coffee and will make your coffee regular, and then refuse a refund for it (i cannot drink regular, can't tell how many times I've had to give up my drinks because of this).sick of this place, give your business to a better run operation.
