Breens Cafe - Worcester

Okay so I go sit down at a table; there are three waiters/waitresses. No one greets me. No one asks if I want something to drink. I sat at the table for over 20 minutes with no one asking if I want a menu or anything. I had to go up to the bar to find out that you can only order food and drinks at a certain section in the bar. When taking my order there was no eye contact with the waitress. I asked for french fries and they gave me a bag of Ruffles without telling me that they don’t have or serve french fries. The burger meat was unseasoned although cooked well done, had no crispiness or good taste; they obviously do no use a binding agent like eggs in their burger meat nor any amount of salt or pepper. The roll was from the grocery store just some really squishy, easily sogged up roll. Never coming back again, good riddance. It looked like the local people were having a good time though.

Worst customer service, worst place, worst food! They don’t deserve to be in business! Awful food accompanied by the worst customer service! If you go there you will be in for a treat! You will never be treated worse!

Stopped in on a Saturday early afternoon for a steak and cheese, good crowd ! The cook and back up guys got it down to a science. Awesome bartenders too!
