Wendy's - Wooster

Need more ketchup on burgers but fast friendly people otherwise

It was a Wendy's they always have good food I really like their chili

Everything we ordered was cold. Waited 5+ minutes at the drive thru window so since I only live a 3 minute drive from this place I thought at least I'd have hot food for my wait. Fries were cold and greasy, burger was so cold it was like it had sat on the counter for 10 minutes prior to me ordering, nuggets were the same as the burger, and the chili had to have literally been sitting in the walk in cooler. It was ice cold, not even remotely luke warm. Sad since this is the better of the 2 Wendy's in Wooster.

Bacon burger sandwich and fries was good and place can use little bit more cleaning in dinner room and bathroom!!

My chicken sandwich was completely raw. The lady offered to replace my meal. She should give me a refund as well.
