Beveridge Tavern - Woodstock

Had a great dinner on our way from Canberra to ocean grove. Was a spontaneous decision to take the beveridge exit off the Hume in search of a stop to sort our 8 month old out. Came across the hunters tryst and decided to do dinner as well. Kids were very happy with their options and we were with ours. Would recommend the chicken scallopini. Service was great. Literally just off the highway so like stopping for fast food but a million times better.

Excellent place to eat and soak up atmosphere of the great mural paintings of Ned Kelly. The beers are cold and the personalities at the bar are priceless!

We regularly pop in here on a Sunday for a late lunch. Service is good. Menu is varied and the specials Board is always a winner. Can't believe how cheap this place is given how delicious and generous the serving sizes are. Coffee is great too. Eating area is small however I believe there may be other sections where people can eat if staff open it up? I really am unsure but sometimes children get very loud in that small eating space! I would recommend this place to people for a casual lunch/celebrations etc.

Good service from locals. Meals are decent size and good tasting, we love locally and would visit at least once a month. Specials board has some good selection at times My 4 year old loves the kids food and treat of ice cream to go with it
