Ameci Pizza &pasta - Woodland Hills

Refused to deliver me pizza after I placed the order on grub hub, even though they literally located less then one mile away from me. They just literary were lazy to made my order, just because they we’re about to close in 40 minutes.

Placed order at 6PM for scheduled delivery at 9PM. They called at 8:30 to let us know that they are closing right now and will not be able to fulfill the order without leaving any time for us to order somewhere else. Honestly, this is not acceptable. I would never order from them again.

I called and ordered, quick delivery and 100x better than other pizza places. I ordered the White Night pizza and added pepperoni and mushrooms. Delish!

This was my first stop in a new state, new town, new home. Nothing could’ve made me feel more embraced in a “foreign land” than the food from Ameci’s. Been coming here loyally ever since. Fantastic pizza.

I am extremely disappointed to have to leave this review as I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over a decade. I have been ordering from here since I was a child, and even now as a college student who recently returned home to care for my family. I had to break my lease and pay rent for a place I no longer live in. I wanted to surprise my sister with our favorite pizza, so I ordered from Amecis pizza, which is just 0.1 miles from my house. The total came to $29, and I only had $30 in cash in my wallet. When the delivery man arrived, I handed him the $30 and told him to keep the change. However, he seemed displeased and questioned why I only gave him $30. I was shocked and embarrassed by his reaction. I tried to explain to my dad, who rushed to find the delivery man with a tip, but he had already left. I was unaware that tipping was now mandatory in Los Angeles, and $30 was all I had. I was so upset that I couldn't even bring myself to eat the food I had ordered. This incident has left me feeling insulted and disappointed, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Additionally, my sister had a negative experience in the past when her sandwich was moldy, but we overlooked it because we loved the restaurant. However, this time it is too late to ignore the disrespect we experienced.
