They went out of their way to assist my 82-year-old father, who needed to use the facilities. He struggles with mobility, and the gentleman immediately came over to help him to the bathroom. The woman kindly instructed me to drive around to the back door to pick him up. When I arrived, the man was waiting by the door and reassured me that my dad was safely inside. He stayed with me until my dad was finished, then helped him to our car and made sure he was settled in safely, wishing us a safe journey. Your kindness truly touched our hearts today. Thank you so much!
