Potbelly - Woodbury

The food was made just how I ordered and the people serving me were friendly and efficient. Clean tables as well.

I'm a regular at this Potbelly and always have great experiences. The staff is extremely fast and friendly and my food always tastes great. However, there was a little hiccup today that I'm hoping can be cleared up. When ordering, I asked if the BOGO was only offered if I ordered through the app or if I could get it ordering in person. They told me I could use the app to scan at the end and the BOGO would be applied. When I got to the checkout, there was no option to use the BOGO, to which a different employee said that promotion was only through the app. Had the first person told me that, I would have stepped out of line and ordered through the app. It's not a big deal, and I will continue coming back, but it would be nice if the employees were all on the same page about promotions being offered and how they worked.

Love the underground menu and staff being on top of orders and friendly.

Nice place to go grab a sandwich ? ? nearby shopping stores.

I love the chicken salad salad. Hadn't had it in a while. Today it seemed not so chunky and a little on the salty side. But all in all the same taste I was looking for.
