Gourmet Superloli1234 - Woodbridge

I was at this restaurant today with my kids. I visited previously and ended up leaving because we sat there for almost 30 minutes without a server approaching us. Deciding to give it another try, we were seated promptly. The waitress was amazing, drinks and food was on point. Then, one of my kids had to use the restroom... it was disgusting!! It looked like it hadn't been touched with cleaning solution in the past year. There was dried up urine and waste on the doors, floors and on the toilets. There was hair all over the sinks... the mirrors were filthy. It was terrible. If it weren't for the bathroom, my experience would've been better. I ended up leaving because I started questioning the cleanliness of the tables and pretty much everything else. The food was good but after seeing the bathroom, I couldn't do it anymore. I will attempt it a 3rd time but only if they clean their restrooms

It’s 2 Saturday’s before Christmas, several empty tables. I sat down waited for hubby to park. Most tables had empty trays glasses. Short dude with a beard came by, looked at tables then me then walked away. Hubby can in went to the loo, nothing. I went and discovered no TP in ANY stall!! I finally had to use hand towels. I told a kid by the podium talking to 2 employees sitting in what I assumed is the employee lounge due to their relaxed position vulgarity. Came back to the table an STILL no server. Hubby timed it 20 minutes we waited. No one behind bar or apparently serving. He got upset and said we’re leaving. I told kid at podium BSing we’ll find a place who wants our business. He called manager who was there faster than I’ve ever encountered. When I told her she said she apologized. It’s a Saturday night who does the schedule? How come there’s rubbish on most of the tables? How come there’s no one working the bar section?!? We’ve been loyalty members for years, guess it goes one way ??

We arrived and were seated in the bar area. The server came up and took our drink order. When arriving with our drinks, she came back to take our food order. Everything I wanted to order, the restaurant was out of. A couple of ladies came in and sat beside us. Evidently, the server knew these two ladies as she took their order and delivered their food before ours (even though they came in after us). I was extremely surprised at the poor quality, poor service, and lack of menu items at this Red Robin. Visited around 6 p.m. on 10/12/2019

Onion Rings. Burgers. That's what you need after shopping at Potomac Mills Mall. You can't get that in the mall; come to Red Robin and you'll be able to unwind and relax. Great place!

Decided to eat at Red Robin after years of not being around one. We were not disappointed. Our server was really good and the food was great. Would recommend and will be back!
