Never open when they say they are extremely rude, and never get their order right. let them place order online and wait for their journey through the window for 10 minutes to foot to ignore them. this is a great trend that needs to be addressed. when they close the early post on a window or drive by loudspeaker. I would give this place, if possible, negative stars. I don't know how they're still open. don't waste their time coming here, just go to the bethalto or eastern alton location. tacobell, you should really look at this. this is at least the third time that I have reported this problem via the customer service portal and they still do the same.

Just about every time I get a soft taco the edge of the tortillas is always hard same as the burritos depending in the time of days.

After multiple mess-ups, rude kids working there, and over all disappointment almost evertime I've been here I finally decided that I will never be back to this store. After messing up our order at least answer your phone... place needs shut down.

Wow I'm really disappointed of the food I got cheese quesadillas and chips and cheese and and a extra nacho cheese the cheese was low couldn't even dip it and the cheese quesadilla cheese was not melted all the way this is not the first time this has happen and I will not be going back.

Terrible experience. Not only did they mess up my order once but twice.. Called and spoke to the manger explaining that there was more of the order missing and they refused to fix it. $32.00 for what was supposed to be a fast easy family dinner. Never again!
