This place is like HOME to me.... it 's where I can find my friends of so many years when I visit Cebu...and a good excuse to savor Spanish specialties like Lengua Estofada, Callos and my top favorite Calamari en su tinta....I love the CEC Dearly!!! I just keep coming back
