Vito's Pizzeria - Wolcott

Having grown up in the greater Waterbury area, there are a lot of pizza places and Vito's is certainly in the top 3. The sauce is perfect and the homemade sausage can't be beat! The pizza dough is made fresh, allowed to raise properly and cooked until it is brown and crispy. So when you're eating the pizza it tastes like bread and not like cardboard or all doughy as it is at some other pizza joints that don't know what they're doing. They also have a number of specialty pizza, broccoli rabe sausage is my favorite.

Vito's really is a hit or miss for this reason sometimes its good other times it's burnt smh ...how do you not see it's burnt!!!

Delicious pizza, the best I've had in Connecticut. Far better than Frank Pepes. Thanks for the great food. Btw we had sausage pizza.

Always amazing pizza for a fair price, definitely try their Buffalo chicken pizza, highly recommended

I highly recommend that the pizza was very delicious. It was worth the waiting time, every second. Nice people.
