Pad Thai - Wokingham

Visited this afternoon and ordered tom yam and green curry from the lunch menu. Both were hot and sharp, just right for me. very tasty good eating instead of some of the overpriced options in wokingham. restaurant is a charismatic English pub. comfortable sitting and table with good bar. quiet for lunch, but probably later busy. lady behind the bar was friendly and helpful. I will certainly return as the menu looks very appealing.

Avoid if they want to stay safe! if I could give him 0 stars, I would. When we arrived at the red lion on Saturday night, I was abused by another customer in cash. a worker heard what the man said. to me, and then said to me, "They shouldn't better be abandoned, we must serve him as a paying customer." this is all as an absolute shock for me, as I was a “paying customer”. After I let this go and turned my friends around telling them what had just happened, that was taken out of the pub for another incident. to my complete shock my drink was then crushed in my hands by a female worker with brown hair and I was then caught by a male bouncer with curvy black hair and man from no reason from bar. my friends, who we have also ejected from a female worker with brown hair. when we waited outside in shock, an older, friendly bouncer said to us: “The girls do this every week. They choose people, in the rule other girls, randomly and leave them out of no reason from the pub.” We called the police to have issued a statement, and cctw is looked at and accused. do not go here if they want a pleasant night out. never in my life I was treated so disgusting that I am on the way up. In view of what happened in the last dressing with women, I could not believe how my friends and I were treated by the man in the bar, who wobble and male uncensed here. I will pass on this as many people as possible to avoid bleeding in the way I have been both internally and externally.

Tasty eating seemed to be added with a 20% tax to the cost of eating, as shown on the menu. the service was sweet but unclear. in the bar they are double charged before...so extra cautious now.

We just happened to drive by Wokingham and decided to have some Pad Thai here. I didn't have much expectation yet I was disappointed. Average service, waited almost 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The starter was good but the seafood Pad Thai was...terrible. Soggy noodles soaked in soy sauce, tasted sweet and oily. Mussels with whole shell made me feel uncomfortable. I think it's not a very authentic Pad Thai and even below average for stir fried noodles in general. Won't be coming back.
