Jimmy John's - Wixom

I had made a reservation for a party of eight but when I arrived at 7pm, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed. Eventually, the staff were able to accommodate us and we were able to enjoy our meal.

The restaurant handled the pandemic situation effectively, ensuring that customers were in and out quickly without feeling rushed. Their efficient service made it hard to believe that they were operating under any restrictions.

I placed an online order at 12:41 pm, but 45 minutes later our order still had not been delivered. When we called to check on the status, we were told to be patient because they were very busy. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, we called again to cancel the order. The person on the phone could not provide a confirmation number for the transaction and hung up when we asked for one. When we called back and asked to speak to a manager, the same person claimed to be the manager but refused to provide her name. It was clear from our visit to the restaurant that the person we spoke to on the phone was not the manager. The worker who provided us with such terrible customer service was named Haley Lyons. Overall, our experience with this restaurant was disappointing and we will not be ordering from them again.

Eating is what you usually get from jj’s, but you always forget the spicy paprika and the service is in order

They deliver a half hour late called twice to cancel the order horrible service!
