Mcdonald's - WISCONSIN DELLS

Ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with only cheese which she repeated back, only cheese and then put the order in for no cheese. I can see why all the reviews are so low.

This is the literal worst mcdonalds I 've been to. The aesthetic is cute but the place is disgusting and the workers are horrible. It was literally empty when we came in. We have multiple children so we picked the bring to table option. They just slapped it on the counter and yelled our name. Okay fine didn 't throw to much of a fit. Except we have a decent amount of food and they didn 't even bother to give us a tray just....put it on the counter? Couldn 't get attention of any of the workers in the back staring into space in the back. Again it was completely empty.so we snagged a tray from behind the counter and just grabbed our cups. Got settled to eat and need mayo packets. My brother sat waiting at the counter for 10+ minutes while the workers actively ignored him. So I walked over and not being in a bad mood at this point said a simple excuse me please and the worker slowly turned her head at me and just rolled her eyes dramatically like it was a huge problem I needed her to do something. Every trash can was full to overflowing and the soda machines half were out of syrup. The ice machine on one side didn 't work. Overall the entire staff is disgustingly rude and lazy. Oh and the tea expired 7 hours before

First they didn’t know what I ordered . Then they couldn’t speak English. Had to tell them 5 times what I ordered even I tho it’s on there damn screen

The service sucked.The worker argued wit me.Then forgot my food.

This morning was busy... I placed an order thru the app, but got an error for the app after I submitted my order, even tho the charge went thru. the guy behind the counter (the ONLY person working behind the counter) was helpful and kind... issue was handled, order was placed and I'm happy... wish I got the guy's name, but again, he was the only one behind the counter (fri., 3/29 about 10:15am) thanks!
