Jam Down - WIRRAL

I placed an order from Jam down on 5/2/2021 through Just Eat, but my order was canceled. I assumed it was because I ordered too late, so I tried again on 5/3/2021. Unfortunately, my order was canceled again without any explanation. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. It seems like they don't care about informing customers or providing good customer service. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with them if they can't even be bothered to pick up the phone or explain why orders are being canceled.

We ordered food for delivery and it arrived hot and fresh. We got a delicious chicken curry with rice and peas, steamed vegetables, a jerk main dish, and jerk and fried chicken for starters. We were impressed with the quality. Thank you. We will definitely order again!

I haven't eaten at this restaurant in a while, but we recently ordered takeout and were impressed with the generous portion sizes. I highly recommend the goat curry and the jerk chicken was also delicious.

We were recommended this place so went to find it. Really pleased to find nice fresh, well cooked food. Stew chicken nice and tender, jerk spice just right and nice and smoky from grill. Friendly service. Will be going back, now that we know!

Walked in asked for some jerk chicken the chef said he didn’t have any left but told us what he had left and then offered to cook it fresh and would be about 30 mins, we said ok, it took a little longer just over 45 minutes, food came out was fresh, with the meal we had jerk chicken, rice and peas with steamed veg, 2 portions of plantain, 2 festivals and 1 portion of coleslaw, we also had 2 drinks and the bill came to £25. Good food loads of Potential, if I was owners would put a noise complaint in about the pub next door
