Winter Haven Gardens

That was inevitable the worst motel in which I have ever stayed, no coffee makers, hair dryers, ice machine on both floors, not even a phone in the room(room)

It was decent. the bed was quite resilient, I found a hahn, the floor was super dirty, but they had a pool and in the first floor I never heard the television from the room next door or the children cry or something.

Stayed here for the weekend during work, general experience was not so good. our TV has switched off automatically. the card reader at our door went dead in the first night, and caught all the night that I informed the nice receptionist jennifer. she was very helpful, tried to reprogramm our key reader and when that didn't work, she called the maintenance of the host to fix the problem. the next night it was dead again. all night again. for my stay I don't give an evaluation. jennifer and cece were very friendly and helpful. for jennifer and cece I appreciate a total of 3 stars. I'm not sure where my review went but I'm making another one. myself, my wife and kids booked a room here for almost $200, with the $50 deposit. with that price you could expect something very nice, however we were given the opposite. we waited for our key to the room #303. once in we left very soon after due to the condition of the room. the bed had bugs crawling in it, and a room attached was clearly open and it was Disguisting covered in mold, garbage and disposed beds, the room looks like a opened closet but it was not at all. we tried to get a refund back and were told to reach out the next morning at 9. my wife who works in realty explained the conditions and how she reached out to a known inspector who disapproved by images and videos of the hotel. he stated it would not pass an inspection. my wife asked for a full refund and explained about the inspector, the owner who was a female stated she did not care about the inspector and we were not going to be given a refund at all. she was speaking over my wife, and was very hostile and unprofessional.she also stated we were lying and the side door was opened by us, and it definitely was not. the lady ended the conversation and hung up. Well have videos and pictures we will be uploading for the safety of anyone else trying to book here. we advise not to for your health this business doesnt care about.

Clean room but room seamed to be under renovation and no mirror. Good breakfast and dinner with the room.
