Ihop - Winter Haven

Worst Ihop I've been there before. First came my order with the customers who came 10 minutes after us. But my niece and nephew food came 10 minutes later. My grottos were cold. I had wrinkles in my balls and on my bacon. He asked the manager and told me that the sprinkles probably come from the pancakes of my nephew.

Bad service. Chickens, onion rings and mozzarella sticks were burned. Blueberry french toasts were soggy regular French toast with 5 blueberries upstairs and the restaurant was empty.

WOW!!!! The food was so good. Just hit the spot. was wonderful the waitress Felicity was amazing to bring us drinks and was there at my Beckoning. Really wonderful oasis?t had such service in a restaurant in a long time. Good to see where he holds his values for customers.

Had a great lunch with Megan as our server! Fantastic senior turkey sandwich and her iced tea is great! Will definitely return! And we're gonna ask for Megan?

Server was very nice. But, she took our order without writing it down (5 people). It would have been impressive if it had came out right. But it didn't. Then my eggs had a hair cooked into it.
