Our server, Alexis, was fantastic—very attentive and exceptionally friendly. The food was delicious. There was a small issue with our dinner, but the manager resolved it promptly. Dining here is always a pleasure, and we look forward to our next visit!

I ordered the eggs Benedict, and my date opted for the Mediterranean salad, both of which were delicious. The mimosa we enjoyed was quite generous—not served in the usual champagne flute like at most places, which was a pleasant surprise. Our server, Taylor, was attentive and friendly, contributing to a wonderful dining experience in the afternoon.

The new manager, Olivia, has truly revitalized this establishment. The drinks are top-notch, the service is outstanding, and the wings are incredible. The ambiance is both trendy and cozy, and everything is running smoothly. It's definitely a place worth checking out!

The manager, who should ideally be a role model, unfortunately exhibited a poor attitude. When we arrived at 10 PM, there was no one to assist us or guide us to a table. Instead, the manager abruptly instructed us to take a seat in the lounge. When my friend asked about sitting in a booth, we were met with sheer disdain. I received the same unhelpful response from another waitress. It’s no surprise that the rest of the staff reflects this negative behavior when the leadership is lacking. In the end, we chose not to order food due to previous experiences that we had overlooked. It’s evident that the manager is running this establishment in an unprofessional manner. This gap in service and performance needs to be addressed by upper management. This review isn’t meant to get anyone into trouble; rather, it aims to promote improvements that are consistent with the high standards of this well-respected restaurant in Winnipeg, known for its quality food and excellent service—standards that this location has unfortunately failed to uphold.
