I've been going there for ages.The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. That girl is incredibly sweet and polite, patiently answering all my questions while I couldn't make up my mind about which drink to choose.Definitely my go-to place.Highly recommend their Passionfruit Green Tea and Caramel Macchiato Slush.

Went there today to pick up my online order. The girl seems to have no patience or knowledge about my questions about my online points at all. She said “to be honest, I have no ideas about how to answer that”. It was then the other staff who was there too, tried to answer my question. The girl who made my order seemed super unprofessional and inpatient. I ordered two drinks to take out, she did not ask me to provide a tray or a bag. I asked for a bag, and she threw me a Fantuan grocery bag. How did she expect me to carry two bubble teas using that bag? And then I kindly asked for the take out clear drink bag, which was right on the table with someone else’s drink. Again she seemed super inpatient and threw me the right bag finally. I have been to Panda tea for years. So far this is the worst experience ever.

Was okay. even though they were more boba than the drink lol the place was clean and the staff was kindfyi, no public washroom. no din.
