Little Truck on the Prairie - Winnipeg

This is my go to spot for breakfast. The service is always great and the food is delicious! The swiss mountain omelette is my favourite with a side of pizza perogies.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We sat ourselves and had a waitress attend to us very quickly. The coffee was excellent. We shared the grilled cinnamon bun to start and it was excellent, crispy on one side and chewy on the other. I ordered the the smoked farmers sausage and eggs. Everything was cooked exactly right, the texture of the hash browns were a bit off putting at first but once I stopped expecting crunch they were delicious. The toast was perfectly toasted which is hard to find sometimes but it definitely matters. My boyfriend got the day breaker and he too was very pleased. He said “it was more than enough food” which is his bar for success at a restaurant. Bonus points do the house made hot sauce. Will definitely be back to try the Perogies.

I've been here a few times for lunch and so has my husband. We both love it! There are lots of items on the menu that are familiar yet the recipes make them brand new! Good comfort food that is cooked perfectly. I love the perogies! The service is friendly, but can be a bit slow. Good place to stop in for a work lunch or to have breakfast on the weekend. Their menu has lots of meal choices.

Went here for lunch. Very friendly staff and very yummy food! I ordered chicken finger plate with a choice of fries as a side. Food tasted very fresh and the fries were delicious.

I have been meaning to check out this restaurant for at least a year and I am so happy that I finally have!<br/ <br/ the food was delicious and made exactly how we asked. not to mention it didn't take long to receive our breakfasts(and side of pancakes). <br/ <br/ even better than the food was the SERVICE! wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! so attentive and helpful and sweet! <br/ <br/ this is now one of my favorite places to go. must try their lunch items soon!
