Great food, only 'stop' was the girl who told other staff not to answer the phone. Not very good looking for business. Cash and grill cook hard work while the other complains about working weekends, and touch their phone while their gloves are on. Had been a 5/5 star experience. but a bad egg.

I am in town for the night and ordered the Poke bowl to be delivered to my hotel. It came quite fast, but the portion size was shockingly small for the price, and there was an absurd amount of sauce on it, with a pool of liquid on the bottom of the bowl. The salad was so delicate that the bowl was barely edible. Taste was just fine. Total disappointing.

Bad service. The manager Cho very unprofessional customer service, as I worry about my foods that they missed several items. The presentation was terrible when everything was simply hit into a mess in the bowl. In any case, no experience I had experienced with them as before. They usually present their food, but that was terrible. Cho laughed about this situation and acted very unprofessional say we don't need Picky customers here as I asked for a refund. In any case, you do not recommend this place at all. When someone goes to a restaurant for food taste, is not the only thing that attracts people. Presentation is another. Hope you learn from your terrible manners to customers and how you present yourself in a situation that customers do not appreciate how you laugh at the customer and traded very rudely.

The jumping shrimp burrito was delicious. It was made fresh and quick.

Best poke bowls in the city and wonderful customer service. I love how fresh and scrumptious the ingredients are!
