Carbone Coal Fired Pizza - Winnipeg

We've been before and will go back again! Last night we couldn't resist the Caesar salad and I had almost forgot how delicious it is. Mmm... we tried the Peppino pizza for the first time and we quite enjoyed it.Service was great and the drinks were delicious!

We decided to order pizza from this restaurant and we would most definitely do it again. Prices were comparable to the usual take out chains and you actually got to talk to a server when you phoned in. Pizza was ready when requested. The 16" size was fabulous! The spinach and ricotta pizza offered a no tomato sauce option and we added kalamata olives as a topping. The cracked black pepper and roasted garlic sauce made this a very tasty pizza. The Isabella was great as well. The roasted red onions, artichokes, arugula and goat cheese went together well and we added prosciutto to the toppings. We all enjoyed the flavours and the thin crusts!

This carbone in St. Viral has just as good of food and service as all the others in the city. But this one I think is the nicest! The private table in the dining room was great with the fam!

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I will return. There is a nice lounge on one side. We chose to sit on the restaurant side. Service was timely and attentive. Nice menu selection from salads to paninis and of course pizza. I had the greens salad with chicken. Loved the chick peas in it. Very tasty. My friend had a panini and it looked very good.

Took my dad here for the first time back in August. He loved it! I always go for the new white pizza. Mmmm, garlic! Kayla is fantastic as well! Treats you like family. Love her!
