Burger King - Winnipeg

Its one of the few fast food places in this area that has consistently gotten my order right every time. I don't order complex stuff, so the bar is pretty low, but other restaurants still fail to clear it regularly. So good job, BK! The food is standard BK food but the staff are always nice and the service is quick even on Whopper Wednesdays.

Many different deals on burgers and sandwiches. Good for family and friends. Food tastes good. Positive environment.

Took well over 20 minutes to get my order in the drive thru even with pre-ordering it. There were only four cars in front of me. One gave up and drove away. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have bailed too. Once I got my food and drove off, the onion rings were cold. Not lukewarm, but cold. The fries weren’t much better. I asked the woman serving if the were short handed today and she said yes. She was friendly and I felt for her. Only reason they got two stars instead of one.

We don’t eat out that much now but felt like a Whopper and didn’t feel like taking it home. When we ordered that was fine. Staff was so so friendly, more concerned about the drive-thru.Then when we went to look for a table, yes there’s social distancing but they were all dirty and every time someone leaves they should be disinfecting the table and chairs like McDonald’s does. I talked to the manager about it who seemed like she didn’t really care and passed me on to another worker. I said I’m going to call public health if they don’t get out there and clean. They did but pick another BK or take it home.

Hubby always goes to Burger King for Whopper Wednesday, cheap meal for him and one I don't have to cook as I work evenings. Just something about the grilled beef burgers, toppings and that amazing sauce that takes him back for the Wednesday specials. Drive through just doesn't get any easier than that.
