Tia Juanita's Fish Camp - Winnie

This restaurant offers some of the best Southern dishes. The seafood is fantastic overall, and make sure to try their speciality dish, the geese, which is definitely worth it! The atmosphere is great and the service is fast.

As you can see, we devoured most of our food before taking any photos! The atmosphere was incredible, the staff was amazing, and the food was delicious! For starters, we had the fried green tomatoes and grilled oysters with speck and jalapeños. The blackened shrimp tacos were fantastic! The fried shrimp and catfish were also very tasty. Everything was fresh and served hot. Even though we live 2 hours away, we will definitely be coming back for more!

While staying with a host family in Crystal Beach, we were taken to this restaurant. I was very impressed with the diverse menu offerings, which included Mexican, seafood, and Cajun cuisine. The decor was charming and inviting, and I especially enjoyed being able to watch the chefs cook and grill through the transparent kitchen window.

This was our third time here and eating was quite good and love the fact that they can still enjoy a seafood dish without fried everything. I try the gumbo it comes with rice and brot on the side (because of my diet now I have not eaten rice or brot) but still a good size sm bowl for me. many sitting rooms and beautiful bar area as well as with great music playing in the background.

We were searching for food after our stay on the bolivar peninsula and found this gem. Highlight of the trip! Food was super duper good. Lots of people working and ready to help. Lots of seating. Started with the chips and salsa that you would think would be lame, but it was the best chips and salsa. 2.99 with a huge plate and we all got our own salsa bowls. Coming from AZ where we have some phenomenal Mexican I was impressed. We got fish tacos, and fish baskets with shrimp. We all were sharing and talking about how good it was. Finished with bread pudding and strawberry shortcake. Just go! Huge menu and you won’t be disappointed.
