The server at this restaurant was rude and dismissive. When my girlfriend asked for milk-free options, she was told they had none. When she inquired about soy milk, the server reluctantly admitted it was listed on the menu but unavailable. When I tried to order a small latte, the server became visibly annoyed, insisting they only offered medium sizes. Eventually, after asking multiple times, our order was taken. In contrast, the server quickly served the customer behind us without issue. If you don't have high expectations or just want a basic cup of coffee, this might be the place for you.

My friend ordered a ham and cheddar got the wrong sandwich the sauce that they put on him tasted very sour I tried a little and ended up on vomiting as well as my friend. I didn't get a ham on it, it was truthahn and I paid for a ham and cheddar. prawan told me that sink and cheddar automatically comes with ranch that I worked for a Timmies company and I know how to make ham and cheddar look and taste. I had to call manager and complain about it. Never order a sandwich there, it ruined my experience along with my friends.

I work in the mall. Its quicker for me to get in my car and drive the the one up the street on lauzon during my 15 minute break than it is to wait in line here. They move like zombies back there.

Great service....Love this place in mall...French vanilla, Muffins, breakfast english muffin and everything bagel with herbs and garlic etc....Never ends....Food is so good and fresh
