Subway - Windsor

I ordered a sub online and they completely made it wrong, ruining my sandwich. They seem to prepare the food however they want, not following our specific requests. The vegetarian options were also disappointing, with the sauces and vegetables being different from what I had asked for.

Worst subway experience ever!!! We ordered green goddess sub and the maker didn’t gave us correct order. Staff was very rude and impolite. Server was not trained properly to make the order. We called store to inform this mistake and person talked in very unprofessional manner. Not recommended store.

Extremely rude behaviour with the customer and I have just asked for the napkins and she was like can’t give you more.Also don’t have cups for water.Don’t recommend this subway !!

I recently visited this restaurant and had to wait 10 minutes because no one else was willing to put away stock while my food was being prepared. The Indian girl working there was unprofessional, and overall, I found the behavior of this location to be disgusting.

The employees always give you a warm welcome, the service is fast and efficient. The overall quality and quantity is worth for the money spent. The ambiance is great as well.Vegetarian options: Most of the employees are vegetarian, so you get plenty of new options when you ask for vegetarian food.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread available
