Mosul Grill - Windsor

So good. there is no place in the opposite, which so cooks, not on my knowledge. hot coal, smokey quality. ordered two kebab sandwiches and could only eat one. I didn't know how big they were!

Love this place. They grill over real charcoal The fattoush salad was a bit soggy but everything else was absolutely delicious.

The food is good and tasty. However, the place is not clean. The sanitizer machine is dusty and looks dirty. There is BBQ smoke everywhere as if the hood was not turned on, and no one was wearing masks at all.

This restaurant has extremely poor customer service. The staff does not know how to treat customers, whether in person or over the phone. Although the food is good, the female employees treat customers poorly and lack respect. The owner needs to address these issues. I have been coming here weekly, but the cashier is consistently rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service from the lady is lacking. It appears that she is unfriendly towards customers, and she handles the vegetables with the same gloves that she handles money. The staff used to be friendlier in the past.
