Applebee's - Windsor

I had dinner with my daughter early August 2017. My meal was a bit cold , the manager came and apologised and got me a new meal. That was a professional behaviour by coming herself to my table. Good job and customers feel appreciated.

Tried the 4 cheese Mac and Cheese with chicken.The mac and cheese was very dry and chicken was just ok. Service was good my wife's stir fried veggies were also just ok.We were both disappointed.

I had dinner with my family. Food and service are amazing. Cozi place and prices are good and portions are enough. Good job.

Went there for dinner and 3 of us had chicken parm. which I would give an overall 3 rating, to much pasta and not enough chicken. The spiral noddles not a good touch should change this. The server Yosef hope I spelt it right was a 5 excellent great guy.

It may be the front of house staff, may have also been the back of house staff, but as Applebees is a chain, it's a good place to go when you are not in the mood for something new. Could not decide between two items and our amazing server Mel recommended the Mac n Cheese. It was amazing. She was also beyond friendly in giving us great advice for getting to Detroit on a budget. Most likely the friendliest Applebee's in the chain.
