Always an oasis from a busy or challenging day.For anyone thats new to Panera,the Sip Club is an incredible deal for any coffee drinker.The staff at the Winchester Va location is always great, willing to go above and beyond all expectations.One particular associate, Jill that works the front counter greets everyone with a warm smile and caring attitude that makes each visitor feel welcome no matter how busy she is.If your looking for a new coffee and sandwich shop, give these folks a try.

Bought $800 of gift cards. I was never told they had to be used in January and only January. I was told I couldn’t use them until January. Just lost $180. I have the receipts. Panera will do nothing. Always dirty. Needs

The food was decent, the store was not bad, but the service was absolutely awful. I had lady named Melissa that was very rude and condescending when answering one of my questions about the food I was planning to order. I've never had such terrible service in my life. Do not recommend purely on customer service or lack there of.

Panera is one of the places to get good sandwiches and salads. It is not known for the espresso bar drinks.Stop by here for a mocha today while I was out shopping around in the area. Ordered through the app, with a couple of custom requests which probably did not go through. I asked Kary to remake it (less syrup, extra shot) and she did it with a big smile on her face. No issues at all. I was so appreciative of this level of customer service.Also the inside of the shop was clean. They had good selection in the Bakery. Convenient location with a drive-thru and lots of parking.
