Never had a problem here. Except today; I waited 40 minutes for my order (2 cheeseburgers, 10 nuggets and fries). Everybody who came in after me got their order first ?
This location is complete trash. Ordered delivery didn’t receive items. Called store no help at all. Zero in customer service and accuracy. Clearly shows 2 happy chicken nugget kids meal. And lady on phone argued otherwise. Absolutely garage ran place.
They mess up our order fairly often. So sick of getting the cheese on the side of the box for sandwiches. And they just KEEP RAISING THEIR PRICES! Despite already being 20% higher than other locations in Lexington, apparently that's not enough. Done going here.
They did not mess up my order, so that 's really good. I was kinda surprised at the kids ' meal toy. It was a cute little penguin. The past the toys haven 't been the best. However, it seems like they have been stepping up a bit when it comes to happy meals.Dietary restrictions: You can definitely request almost anything. For example I 'd like a big Mac with no bread. So many calories cut. LolKid-friendliness: Kid friendly, but depends on who 's sitting down to eat around you.I wish the play houses would come back.
