I’d give 0 stars if I could, they don’t even deserve one! Especially the actual owner of the store. Made an online order, called to ask if they could wait about 10 minutes before making it because we were held up in traffic and they proceeded to say the food was already made and that was ok with us. When we arrived to the store to pick up the food, we then found out two of the subs won’t made because they were out of the meat the subs needed. We asked them why would they say our order was done when we called and they said they got the orders mixed up. At that point we just decided to not take the other subs because they would had been soggy by the time we waited for them to make the other two subs. So we asked for a refund and they said there was no manager there to do that. Well we asked what to do and they said they will call us back when a manager gets on duty, well that never happened. A week later an no call back. So we called again and they gave me the number to the owner of the store and he was just as rude as they get. Said it’s on us we didn’t take the food, I’m like sir, the food wasn’t complete because they were out of the meat so how would we take food that won’t made. Said he won’t taking money out of his pocket to pay us back for it. Rude. Rude. Rude. I’m getting my $51 back even if I have to sue. And I’ll sue for my time wasted as well. All the workers there has attitudes as well.
Customer service is a joke.I ordered a delivery via the website and only part of my order was delivered. When I called to restaurant to tell them what happened all they said was well you can come in and get them . Hello, if I could get there I wouldn 't have had to order delivery in the first place. Then I was told I had to request a refund from Door Dash, Again I didn 't use Dior Dash. Finally it was you have to come in to get the refund .
Love Subway and Smithfield girls are the greatest staff.
I will always like subway. But, this store does not take any Subway coupons. They weren't very nice about explaining why. The bread is sometimes dry. I will find another subway that will take my coupon and have fresh bread and service with a smile.
