When I sat down to eat, I noticed that she had her cell from all the time when I didn't work there, only on her phone. when I left, she had her back into the lobby on the phone and ignored the customers and their job. the management has cameras as they let someone like this be on the front counter and around with customers. it is time to prohibit mobile phone use for employees and focus on their work.

I bought coffee. I don't love eating at dd anymore. I've got a problem with eating. I also had some other not great experiences. food: 4/5
Iced coffee was so sweet that it was unpredictable. what made it even worse was the fact that this was mixed in before half the inch sugar on the floor. I threw it at home because when I commented on it, two separate workers sat and stared at me as if I were going in and repairing it myself.
They were out of mocha at least 2 days in a row. It’s a coffee shop, how? Then they forgot my cold foam on my drink that I paid extra for. The employee literally handed me my drink and just walked away, didn’t say bye have a good day or anything. I just think Dunkin really needs to train their employees better, better customer service. And work on keeping a better inventory, I feel they’re out of something often.
