Dunkin' - Wilmington

I always order a large iced caramel coffee with cream and liquid sugar at this restaurant. My favorite donuts are double chocolate, strawberry/chocolate icing with sprinkles, jelly, and Boston cream.

The staff at this restaurant is cheerful and friendly, providing efficient service. The coffee is also delicious!

I really like the interior of this restaurant! They serve coffee, tea, and other drinks using tap handles, giving it a bar-like appearance. It was my first time seeing something like this and I found it very unique and interesting. The staff also got my iced coffee order just right, exactly how I like it.

Just a basic rundown Dunkin. The woman who helped me was handling money, then my donuts with no gloves or hand washing. She also seemed angry, and even angrier when I didn't tip her because of her anger.

I don't know how their food is but the service is horrible. I had left my wallet home this the first day I got my driver's license I wanted to take the little one to get a donut I was so excited lol.. but we get there I ask for a chocolate donut for this 10yr old who was also excit d I got my driver's license lol.. but anyway the guy grabs the donut bags it and then I go to pay realizing I forgot my wallet and I asked him to hold it while I go get it( donut was like $1).. so instead of him saying okay, he snatched the bag out my hands infront of the child and puts it back as he looks at me angrily.. I walked out crying with the child..all my excitement and her excitement went away and we drove home I cried all day and felt so embarrassed and shamed about forgetting $1 and I will never forget this EVER honestly I never want food from Dunkin donuts again. I am glad I didn't waste a funky dollar on their funky attitudes.
