Burger King - Wilmington

They get rid of this franchise location. it shows how terrible it does if they cannot afford layer managers better than dishwashers do not want other restaurants. the reviews over 2 stars are clearly paid- reviews and do not even remotely provide the service or the quality of this situation really. the mcdonalds above the road is always on the top of their game, is respectful, and eating is always hot fresh. seriously consider this to close, so we can get a better business in this retail location.

I ordered and waited 40 minutes in the drive thru. they had enough people on the staff, but it seems that everyone was in a condition of confusion and lacked anadais. to wait that long and get a hurdle with salate and patty insulting. you better go to mcdonalds.

We ordered food, rice tea and glass water. the woman at the drive thru, seemed miserable and unfriendly. would not come from her seat to give us our food. we asked about the glass of water we ordered. she said it costs 30 cents. she never added it when we ordered it and rolled her eyes. poor service.

Go there at 6:00 on Thursday and the dining room is closed. two cars in the Drive-Thru. I don't want to go through my eating at 100° weather and sitting in my car I might want a soda refill as they fill their cup all the way to the summit of the ice and they get six ounces of soda. Every time I had to go there, it was a complete show.

We ordered 12 sandwiches. That's a lot for any business. The staff was amazing. It did take a little longer, but that's normal with that much food! We will definitely stop here again on our way to OCMD!
