Mcdonald's - Williston

I'm consistently satisfied with my meals from this McDonald's. I do find the drive-thru distance a bit inconvenient, and the order speaker obstructs the menu, but I still end up eating here more often than I should.

They put in a lot of effort to make sure their customers are happy, and the food is quite good. During busy times, it's advisable to order on the app or use the drive-thru, as orders placed at the counter tend to get delayed behind numerous DoorDash orders. My order took 25 minutes, even with the help of a very courteous cashier who tried to expedite it for me.

I must say, this is one of the better McDonald's locations I've visited. The service is quite fast, and the food is about as good as McDonald's can get. The fries, however, are hit or miss—sometimes they’re fresh and delicious, while other times they taste like they’ve been sitting in the warmer for 10 hours, unsalted and not very appetizing.

The food was good, but it took forever, and I was in my short lunch break. I think they had a system error of any kind after I set my lock order because I waited for two Speck McDoubles like 20 minutes and ended up inside to get them, and others were waiting much longer. When I came in, I found that they were only turned into cash, which caused frustration. I must point out that this has happened with more than one occasion; I come here quite often and system errors like these have taken place several times. I also have to add that while my food was good at this visit, my wife was undercooked food also on some occasions, from undercooked crispy chicken to even an undercooked quarter-pounder burger a few weeks ago. So food quality can be quite hit or miss at this point. It is usually best during peak times, and often does not feel or taste like fresh during non-peak hours, especially the frits. I recommend using the app to save a lot of money, and so you can just wait in the berths instead of waiting in the line in drive-thru.

I ordered a mcchicken any they covered the top in pickles. I am a former McDonald's employee. Pickles do not belong on a mcchicken besides covering the top. If it said add pickles it would be 2 pickles. I had 8 to 10 on my sandwich. I cannot eat pickles. Because of the salt content. I called the manager on shift said sorry. That's it. No offer to make a new one, to talk to her cooks nothing. Poor customer service!
