Buffalo Wild Wings - Wilkes-Barre

I've been to better BWW. Last time I dropped in to grab an appetizer and a beer there seemed to be a wait. I saw tables that hadn't been cleaned and not a single person at the door to greet people. A server walked by and glanced at the small crowd near the door... And walked by.When a server ? stopped to talk to the couple in front of us, I overheard her say that there will be a 30 minute wait, despite open seats at the bar and open tables. We left.

I love it here, it's always great to get a big plate of some flavor or another, and smelling that crispy, tangy, sweet, spicy, hot, BBQ, or any other combination of chicken that comes out of that kitchen. I think if I could live at one of these stores everything would be just alright everyday. I come to the one in Wilkes Barre a lot for door dash, and it's always got customers having a great time. They got a million TV's with some sport or another playing on screen. And even tho the room is pretty much wide open you can still find a sense of privacy with your own group to enjoy these amazing wings. Or just get them to go out delivered to your house. Either way, I love wings.Parking: The parking lot is great, it has an awesome view out over Wilkes Barre that you can see for miles.

Food is pretty good. The female Bartender on 7/4/22 6pm was extremely rude multiple times. It was the 4th of July n the bartender was fireworks of attitude. I always had nice experience with the waiters,not her.O the fries were horrible. I had them remake the fries came back the same way cold and hard.

Waitress was nice but the food.... Not so much. Went with my fiance and friend we all ordered boneless wings and they were hard as a rock. Our friend couldn't chew through the boneless wing so ordered a plain cheeseburger that came out looking like a burnt tire she ate the parts that she could. My fiance's boneless wings were so hard she chipped a tooth. I can only speak from experience with this particular location that it was not good. Gave 2 stars because of the friendly waitress not the food
