Unfortunately, one has to give a star that is too much for this bad quality of the most expensive trading class of the asparagus. As yesterday bought 2KG asparagus and the poles were of the quality and strength of the asparagus bars 12,90€ per kilo quality, and the taste was more like a asparagus from the TK Truhe at the discounter. I didn't make a picture. We then bought Spargel from a competitor who, fortunately, had the right quality and we still recovered the lost genus.

Strictly....to evaluate such companies.... Quality safe top! Prices... clearly too high in the face of the whining. You chose this area of agriculture...and now? If the consumer's money becomes scarce, they do not buy directly from the asparagus farmer, but where it is cheaper. If I can get several € per kg in the trade Spargel Kl 1, I buy DA!.(not SO the fan of Spargel) Spargel cultivated areas in Germany there are enough. The two stars for quality...

I am Spargel Fan and stay with me: I brought a pound from Baden-Württemberg for the direct comparison: asparagus only at asparagus time and only that of Schäfer!!! Hopefully next year with time again.
