THE WORST FAST FOOD STORE IN WICHITA! Drive thru Serivce was terrible, bad attitudes, no customer service skills the Lady Working the drive through was rude! The FOOD if you can call it food I wouldn’t feed it to my 4 dogs! Our order was incorrect, the tortillas for the burritos and for the crunch were so hard it was really a tortilla chip, the beef was turning white bc it was so old, their was 3 pieces of chicken in our Chalupas, pop was flat like they needed to change it, and Sabrina the store manager, was very unprofessional, disrespectful, yelled over the top of me when I was explaining the situation. We live in Goodard Ks, and I just asked for a refund of my $30 order that we had to throw away and she said “yay you gotta bring yo stuff back” WHAT who in their right mind gave you a MANAGEMENT POSITION??? We went through the drive thru today. Had a coupon for 2 Beef tacos for 99 cent. UNLIMITED was printed on it in bold black letters. In smaller print it read it couldn 't be used with any other promotions and one coupon per customer. And it couldn 't be used for chicken or steak. So we ordered 12 beef tacos. The boy taking the order kept saying You want 2 tacos plus another 10? . We told him 3 times we wanted 12 total at the coupon price which would make it $5.94 tax. When we got to the window he said first order for 2 tacos and second order for 10. We handed him the coupon and said we wanted 12 tacos on that coupon. The coupon said unlimited. He said we could only get 2 because it was a limit of 2. It said UNLIMITED I told him. NO WHERE on the coupon did it say anything about being a limit of 2. He kept saying it was a limit of 2. I was getting angry by this time but he insisted it said there was a limit of 2. I was about to ask for the manager to show me where on the coupon there was a limit but my driver was angry too so he just said forget it and drove away. I wish we were able to get the coupon back but we didn 't. We will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again and probably to no other one as well. And I will let everyone I know and on social media that Taco Bell does NOT honor their coupons!! If there was a way to give a negative star I would.

Trash. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. The drive thru female employee was yelling at another employee inside the restaurant after we pulled up. After an abnormally long wait, we received our order. After we pulled away, we realized our order was wrong. The lobby was locked up early, before the posted close time of 9PM, so we had to drive back through the drive thru. A female employee had the other part of our order waiting in a bag as we pulled up. After we pulled away, we realized another part of our order was wrong, but we did not feel like dealing with more unprofessional staff again. The employees don't seem to care about their job. They appeared to be socializing more than working. The food was dry, and barely edible. This restaurant and it's employees are trash. Go elsewhere.

I can't seem to get my order right here. They haven't provided me with what I actually requested. While my order was displayed correctly on the screen, the preparation was completely wrong. The cooks really need to pay more attention.
