Doc Green's Salads Grill - Wichita

The service was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my roasted vegetable salad with Angus burger. However, they tend to neglect clearing tables, so we often end up taking our leftovers with us.

Most of the time it is ok. Today all 3 orders came at different times. Had a chicken pepper jack heated. The chicken was very dry and cold. The side Caesar was dripping in Caesar dressing. It seems over time they are getting less and less concerned about quality.

The service at this restaurant was quick for taking orders, paying, and getting our food served to our table. The cook was great in accommodating a change to the bread option on the menu for our sandwich, which was delicious. However, the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like they were from a box, similar to KFC. The tea had a moldy taste, which was disappointing and made us question the cleanliness of the tea dispenser. The restaurant itself was clean, fresh, and spotless, with cool and friendly young staff. Overall, a decent experience but some room for improvement.

This restaurant is a pleasant place with delicious, well-prepared food. It is clean and peaceful, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal. The kids enjoyed their meals as well. The Ranchero dish is especially excellent.

The food is fantastic and the staff is wonderful! Max is the top salad maker in Wichita, so be sure to try the Ranchero salad!
