Smoothie King - Whitlock Farms

I love smoothie king but this location consistently gets my order wrong, is slow af and never fully blends the smoothies. Please take more care in training.

I enjoyed the smoothies but at this Buford location, the employees don’t even welcome the customers and I certainly don’t feel welcomed. Plus, I only go there because my job is close by. I will go to another Smoothie King miles away.

3 strands of hair were in my drink. I returned it and informed them. Did not request refund or new order as I found it more important to bring awareness to the issue.

4/16 at 6pm Walked in not greeted. And the guy up front (cameron) at the cash register standing on his phone not looking at me or asking anything scratching IN HIS EAR. While the other girl working hard and cleaning. then finally looks up at me and lifts his eyebrow and i said “are u ready?” He said “uh yeah”. Proceeds to make my bowl and informs me he has to go cut strawberries. No gloves. After touching his face and ear. Not sanitary and very unfriendly. Will not be back.

Alex and Alenj were amazing. Great location. Very clean. The people weren't kidding around. Working hard.
