Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Duluth

This store is incapable of getting ANYTHING in an order correct. We just got an order of 2 meals with sides and drinks delivered except NO sides, NO sauces, and 1 out of 2 drinks?! And this chicken is the consistency of rubber. Absolutely insane how awful this place is, even with the low bar popeyes already has.

I think all restaurants know when it's time to close the doors, and honestly it's time for this one to close the doors. It's so many hood ninjas working in this location, it's a d-m shame. I think this is the work release program for felons and it shows through the customer service offered here. I received a drink that's half full, a combo order with no biscuit, mashed potatoes with no silverware. When I asked for a full portion of drink, biscuit, and silverware I received nasty looks from the staff like I was about to get shanked like I was on the prison yard.... Be careful y'all

We went to this location for the first time today. The lady on the intercom forgot to ask what we wanted to drink so we had to let them know at the window (we asked for lemonade). They forgot the apple sauces and apple juices for our 3 kids meals so my husband had to go inside to let them know. Then as we pulled off, I took a sip of the lemonade and it was TERRIBLE!!! It tasted so rotten, as if it was made days ago and left out sitting. It was truly atrocious, I got an instant stomach ache and became soo nauseous.

One of the worst service I’ve ever seen. Not a busy place at all when I ordered at 9:18PM on July 26th and went to drive thru to pickup my order. Service door person asked me to wait in the parking lot. I waited there for 45mins and couldn’t wait anymore and walked into the store and looked very intentionally my order wasn’t prepared. They kept looking for my receipt/order and then started making it when i asked. Only made half of my order and had to tell them that it’s only half. Brace yourself to get worst service and food in this location.

They seemed really nice, but they were so slow, half the employees were standing around while 6 people were waiting for orders. Lack of urgency, they just didn't care.
