Smashburger - White Plains

Very delicious, wonderful service. The burgers are delicious. The meat is fresh, the spices are beautiful, cooking is on site. The French frits are thin, tasty, crispy. The Sargshake is absolutely perfect in a hot summer day. The dining room is large with high ceilings and lots of light. A nice and rare supplement: There are sound insulation panels on the ceiling so that the noise level should remain in control. The service helped, smiled and very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Food is great and always delicious. But management has only one server both serving tables and cleaning tables at a time usually. During busy hours its not uncommon to see a third of the tables left with trays. Should consider garbage bins to allow customers to throw food out on their own. Would save time on the servers end and allow new patrons at least a chance to sit. Besides that food again is excellent.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with their fresh and tasty burgers. The staff was friendly and attentive, bringing our meals right to the table. My personal favorite is the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger—it's absolutely delicious! They also offer a rewards program, where you can get $10 off your next purchase after spending $100. Highly recommend checking it out!

I had a wonderful experience sharing a special moment filled with love. The burgers were fantastic, and the sweet potato fries were a perfect complement. To top it off, we enjoyed a delicious Haagen-Dazs vanilla shake that was simply delightful!

The food is consistently delicious! The service is polite and quick. However, there was a mix-up with our order—we asked for the Black Bean Burger, but we were served a Meatburger instead. Thankfully, the issue was resolved swiftly, and they apologized for the mistake. We visit often and usually have no issues. The fries tend to be a bit greasy, but we just let them drain on some napkins for a while. The shakes are fantastic. The Black Bean Burger is really good, provided the consistency is right and it doesn’t fall apart.
