I waited for a few minutes while the friendly staff member continued to take walk-in orders. After a little while, I asked for a refund, and she apologized and returned my money. I understand she was managing the store alone, but I believe online orders should be prioritized as they come in. It's frustrating to think that online orders could be delayed due to walk-in orders. I'm not upset; I just hope they can get some additional help because that young lady was really working hard.
I work here as well, and I can attest that the place is very clean and offers excellent customer service.
The employee who took my daughter's order was incredibly professional and polite. He thoroughly asked her, as she has a disability, what she wanted on her sub and how she preferred it, guiding her through the options. When my daughter spotted the fresh, warm cookies, she asked if he could get one for me. Although there were cookies in the display case, he went to the back to fetch us two fresh ones. This gentleman is honestly the best Subway employee I have ever encountered in any city or state. After we left, my daughter mentioned that he is the manager and has always helped her decide what to order, making her subs exactly how she likes them. In my opinion, he deserves a raise solely based on his professionalism and the way he treated and assisted my daughter. From now on, I will only visit Subway when he is working. He truly is the best employee they have.
Bread was old. She didn't cut it so I had to eat half before I drove home.
