Mr Sub - Whitby

Unfortunately, we had previously tried this restaurant years ago when it first opened and had a bad experience. Since our favorite restaurant was closed, we decided to give it another chance. However, the food was still bland, sloppy, and the meat was slimy. The bread was stale and the lettuce was brown. To make matters worse, I found a piece of grimy hair in my food that I almost choked on. This will be our last visit to this location.

Every Tuesday and Thursday, 94.9 The Rock selects a location in the Greater Toronto Area. If you are one of the first ten people there, you receive a coupon for a free sub. I visited the Mr Sub location on Brock Street South because it was the designated location for the day. However, I was disappointed to find that the staff were extremely rude. They were disrespectful to all customers and particularly hostile towards the 94.9 staff member. I will not be returning to this location as I found the behavior to be highly unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Whether you love Mr. Sub or not, it's always been the same. The owner is very friendly and takes good care of customers. I brought my sub in and he tried the pizza sub for the first time (which was my favorite growing up) and really enjoyed it.

Walk in, someone is sweeping the floor, place was spotless!, had the chicken wrap, the food was very fresh, very large serving, the tables were nice and clean, the washroom was even spotless and tidy will come back again

This is a great place for me to have my lunch at Mr Sub. Their pizza subs are a great one to have because I love them so much. I never get enough for their pizza subs.
