Lime and Moon Pie Company - Whistler

I was disappointed with the pie crust during my recent visit. I suspect that the pies were not made fresh that day, although I could be mistaken.

My wife and I have visited several pie shops in Vancouver that charge a significant amount for a pie that often falls short in quality.

There is a small bakery located on Bowen Island near where the ferry docks. It is a neat and very friendly place with delicious pies. I recommend that you visit the bakery and try their pies.

My husband had been craving a banana cream pie for some time, and they had a vegan banana cream pie. He said it was ridiculous. They also had a vegan blueberry pie.

Excellent pies made by a woman who sounds passionate about her craft. We decided to wait 20 minutes for her to finish making a banana, chocolate cream pie. It was delicious and worth the wait. Don't leave Bowen Island without tasting her pies. Although, she did mention that she's opened another location in Yaletown which we plan to frequent on a regular basis.
