Such a unique restaurant in Whistler where you can sabre a bottle of bubbles in the most amazing wine cellar. You can go and experience the worlds coldest vodka in the vodka ice room. Have liquid nitrogen martinis. It’s endless. The servers and bar staff are all down to earth people wanting to make your experience special and memorable. You can do a tasting menu with an optional wine pairing for do a 3 course menu. I would always choose the tasting menu!! Beautiful place to go for a nice romantic dinner. Food was fabulous, service was quick. Drinks are very tasty, 1st place that a bartender pulled off a correct and properly layered New York Sour (See Pic) for me so kudos to that person! Also highly recommend doing the Ice room, so worth the exp and . Overall Fantastic night and worth the spent. *Only knock is, if your going to charge 8 for 3 pcs of bread please make it high quality.
