A previous time we have ordered via the app and popped into the drive-thru on the way to work, and the woman working was rude and said you really should place a pickup order 10-15 minutes beforehand otherwise just go through the drive thru and order normally. ....Zero cars in line behind us and barely any people in café, so not sure why you 're giving us an issue. We blew it off because we 've ordered numerous times before on the app and showed up in less than 10 mins, and have had zero problems with this location and other locations...until this lady started working here.Cut to today (6/29 after work, we placed another order and *purposely* did it at least 10 minutes before showing up. (it was 9 minutes after placing order when we got in drive thru line and same rude chick says we haven 't even started it yet. You need to give us 10-15 minutes to make it or just order it through the drive thru My mom is like, we ordered it 10 minutes ago? Really liked this location as it is close to my house, but it has gone severely down hill with atrociously slow service times (you will be sitting in the drive-thru or café for 15-20+ minutes regardless of how long the line is because of how slow they are, so don 't have any plans lined up or expect to actually be on time for work. , and now this nonsense with the waiting a certain amount of time to place an order and STILL getting argued with!If it takes three-four employees 10-15+ minutes just to make a few drinks with no one else in line, I don 't know what to tell you. That seems more like a company/management issue and not something to berate your customers over.
This Starbucks is not the closest location for me, but I go here because the morning crew and manager are super amazing, cheerful, and nice. Isn't that how we all want to start our day?
The bar at this location is consistently dirty, and the service is extremely slow—I once waited 15 minutes for a drink. The drive-thru is especially sluggish as well.
I ordered a blonde with cream, but there seemed to be an issue with the machine, which caused a delay. I don’t mind waiting, but when I finally received my drink, it didn’t resemble coffee at all; it looked more like slightly dirty water. Then, the staff added cream to it and handed it to me.
